Service Concept
We advocate full-process and all-staff service, implement the service concept and service awareness into the hearts of every employee, and ensure the perfect quality of the service process and improve the competitiveness of the enterprise through professional pre-sales service, in-sales service that is integrated with customers, and after-sales service that helps customers troubleshoot and solve problems. The company has a full-time customer service department, and five other functional departments cooperate with the customer service department, including the information department and the order department to solve different problems for different customers; the customer service department also has a professional knowledge base and professional technicians to answer customers' questions in a timely manner;
We strive to build a customer service system with "direct feedback, synchronous response, and system linkage". Frontline personnel will promptly transmit customer issues to relevant departments of the company. All departments will simultaneously initiate support and resolution procedures, and based on full communication, formulate overall solutions as soon as possible to resolve problems as quickly as possible.
At present, the company has equipped professional after-sales service personnel in all provinces, cities and autonomous regions across the country, providing after-sales joint warranty services for all products nationwide, allowing users from all regions to enjoy post-sales services with confidence, and ensuring that customer opinions, fault reports, etc. are fed back to the company's customer service department as soon as possible.
